TRIZ is usually based on the failure problem of the technical system to find the cause of the problem,that is,the cause-oriented problem is the starting point of the solution to the system problem.It is only aimed at improving the insufficiency or harmful effects of the analysis system components.The technical flaws in its functional goals lack comprehensive analysis of factors;Therefore,this paper will target-oriented problem as research subject.Technological evolution as the ideal direction of system improvement,based on the systematic integrity law,makes an idealized analysis of the component association in the functional model,identifies the technical problems existing in the technical system,and applies TOP functional analysis to determine the target-oriented problem.The conflict zone will be converted into a TRIZ standard conflict and a corresponding conflict resolution tool will be selected to resolve the conflict and promote the development of the technical system in the ideal direction.The main contents of the paper include the following aspects:1.Apply functional analysis to establish the functional model of the technical system and determine the interactions between the components;Refine the functional relationships from the four perspectives of energy,space,material,and information,and construct the system Design Structure Matrix;Construct the single vector numerical Design Structure Matrix by calculating the strengths of the links between components and Use it as source data and input it into the genetic algorithm,the use of MATLAB clustering system components.2.According to the division of the system structure by the law of system integrity,determine the target system’s functional modules and their implemented functions;Through the functional module’s visual model,the input and output relationships of each cluster module are analyzed to determine the module type.Construct the ideal degree evaluation model based on the types of component functions in the functional model,and the current technical system objectives are formulated from the perspective of technological evolution to determine the current technical system problems.3.Introduce TOP functional analysis as the process of problem analysis.Solve the problems of harmfulness,deficiency,and conflict by using direct methods,five rules,and separation principles.It also expands the existing separation principle and applies it to the process of resolving system conflicts.It broadens ideas for solving practical problems with innovative methods.4.Use the theory described in this paper to analyze the problems of low dehydration efficiency and poor adaptability of the defecation equipment.The area in which the problem is identified is the implementing agency and proposes innovative solutions for variable shaft diameter and hollow shaft heating,which verifies the feasibility of the problem analysis and resolution process.
