| Under the background of innovation driven and sharing economy,due to the complexity of technological innovation activities and the increasing risk of innovation,cooperative innovation has become an inevitable choice.The innovation network formed by cooperation among enterprises has become an important organizational form for major technological innovation.However,many practices have shown that the failure rate of the organizational form of the innovation network is high.An important reason is the inefficiency of network power allocation.In the innovation network,due to the different knowledge,capabilities,and occupation of network locations,the network power among enterprises is different.The innovation behavior and network efficiency are affected by the power allocation.So how should the node power be reasonably allocated? How does power allocation affect network innovation performance? The answers to these questions will undoubtedly have important research significance for improving the innovation ability of enterprises,optimizing and improving the efficiency of power allocation.This paper takes “theoretical analysis--model and index system construction--efficiency evaluation” as the main line to conduct research:(1)In the theoretical analysis part,the literature analysis method is used to sort out the current research status at home and abroad,analyze the factors affecting the formation of power allocation modes,summarize three typical power allocation modes in innovation network,and discuss the mechanism of each allocation mode on network innovation performance.(2)In the model and index system construction part,based on the network DEA method,the allocation efficiency is divided into two stages,and the evaluation theory,mathematical model and evaluation index system of power allocation efficiency are constructed.(3)In the efficiency evaluation part,the statistical analysis method is used for basic analysis of the sample data.At the same time,the two-stage network SBM model is used to evaluate the efficiency of the formation stage and the function stage of power allocation.This paper mainly draws the following research conclusions:(1)The two sub-stages and the overall power allocation efficiency of the network are ranked from high to low as multi-core enterprise-led,single-core enterprise-led and non-led.(2)Knowledge power,structure power,and capability power have played important roles in the formation of multi-core enterprise-led,single-core enterprise-led,and non-led configuration mode.(3)Regardless of the configuration mode,it is most conducive to the maintenance of relationship stability.Second,the multi-core enterprise-led mode is more conducive to the improvement of innovation capabilities,while the single-core enterprise-led mode and non-led mode are more conducive to the improvement of cooperation satisfaction.Based on this,the paper also puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the improvement and optimization of network power allocation efficiency.This paper conducts a two-stage evaluation of the allocation efficiency based on the power allocation mode of the enterprise innovation network,which enriches and expands the theoretical system of power allocation efficiency evaluation to a certain extent,and provides corresponding decision-making references for optimizing the power allocation mode and improving the power allocation efficiency. |
