Beidaihe national wetland park as a typical coastal freshwater wetland,the investigation of metazoan zooplankton and water environment was operated from April 2019 to November2019,in order to analyze coastal freshwater wetland epigenetic characteristics of zooplankton community structure.The temporal and spatial succession of epigenetic zooplankton functional groups was analyzed,the correlation between functional groups and the response to environmental factors were discussed,and the environmental factors driving temporal and spatial succession of epigenetic zooplankton functional groups were determined.Considered of comprehensive trophic status index evaluation to evaluate the water body in Beidaihe national wetland park.Made some suggestions for subsequent restoration and management,also provided biological resources information and reference for administers of Beidaihe national wetland park.Results of investigation on physicochemical factors of water in Beidaihe national wetland park,the water temperature fluctuation ranged from 8.5 to 29.1?.The annual fluctuation range of dissolved oxygen was 1.61 to 18.44 mg/L.The annual fluctuation range of conductivity was 261.5 to 2028.0 uS/cm.The annual fluctuation range of pH was 6.51 to 9.69.The annual fluctuation range of oxidation-reduction potential was 48.5 to 328.1 mV.The annual fluctuation range of alkalinity was 0.5 to 131.2 mg/L.The annual fluctuation range of chlorophyll-a was4.62 to 202.25 mg/m3.The annual fluctuation range of salty was 0.12 to 1.41 ppt.The annual fluctuation range of turbidity was 1.14 to 37.13 FNU.The annual fluctuation range of solid degree was 0.14 to 1.00 m.The annual fluctuation range of total nitrogen was 0.47 to 1.24 mg/L.The annual fluctuation range of ammonia nitrogen was 0.10 to 0.75 mg/L.The annual fluctuation range of total phosophorus was 0.04 to 1.17 mg/L.The annual fluctuation range of chemical oxygen demand was 0.24 to 326.67 mg/L.During the whole year,a total of 96 species of epigenetic zooplankton were identified,among which 67 species of rotifers,16 species of copepods and 13 species of cladocerans.According to epigenetic zooplankton functional groups size and feeding habits,were divided into rotifers filter feeders,rotifers carnivore,small copepods and cladocerans filter feeders,small copepods and cladocerans carnivore,middle copepods and cladocerans filter feeders,middle copepods and cladocerans carnivore,large copepods and cladocerans filter feeders,large copepods and cladocerans carnivore.RF functional group showed the highest number of species in summer,for 40 species.RC functional group and SCC functional group showed the highest number of species in winter,for 2 and 4 species.MCF functional group and MCC functional group showed the highest number of species in autumn,for 7 and 8 species.SCF functional group showed the highest number of species both in spring and winter,for 7 species.LCF functional group only appeared in spring and autumn,for only one species.LCC functional group only appeared one species for whole year.The variation of abundance of functional groups from 0.10 to 1513.35ind/L,and the highest annual mean abundance was RF functional group,for 788.81 ind/L.The variation of biomass of functional groups from 5.60 to 95835.81?g/L,and the highest annual mean biomass was SCC functional group,for 65711.29?g/L.There was significant correlation among the different functional groups,and RF functional group showed the different degrees of significance.The result of analysis showed that RF functional group was mainly composed of rotifers.Because of the size and the distribution it was the main food for many large zooplankton.It was existence of this kind of feeding correlations that makes this functional group significantly correlated with almost other functional groups.Except the temperature and other crroelative factors,every functional groups showed different correlations with alkalinity and salinity,which reflected the community structure characteristics of epigenetic zooplankton under this special water body.The comprehensive evaluation of the water quality by combining the comprehensive nutritional status index and biodiversity index showed that the water quality in this area mostly presented different degrees of eutrophic status,and the indicator function of zooplankton pollution indicated that the water body in this area mostly presented a certain degree of pollution.
