Quasars are among the most distant objects to date,and their lights may pass through a number of absorbers whose elements leave grooves in the quasar spectrum,known as quasar absorption lines.The absorption line generated by the absorption material of the quasar itself is called the characteristic absorption line,therefore the structure and physical processes of quasars can be understood through the characteristic absorption lines of quasars.The absorption line generated by the absorption material between the quasar and the observer is called the investigating absorber.So,we can understand the formation and evolution of galaxies or the large-scale structure of the universe by the investigating absorption lines.Gravitationally lensed quasars(GLQs)are the gravitational lensing of quasars as the backgroundsources,that have the characteristics of multi-angle observation.Studying the absorption lines of GLQs is helpful to deeply explore the structural differences of matter and the large-scale structure of the universe.This paper mainly present the identification of quasar absorption line system,discusses the difference of absorption line on two lines of sight of GLQs,and studies the variation of broad absorption line.In the first chapter,we introduce the characteristics of active galactic nuclei and quasars,the background of absorption lines of quasars and the GLQs.We talk about the selection of data sample in the second chapter.The third chapter mainly introduces the spectral pre-processing and the basic methods of absorption line identification.We use MgII ??2796,2803 and CIV ??1548,1551 to identify the absorption line system of the four selectiveGLQs.In the fourth chapter,we discuss the difference of narrow absorption line system in four recognized GLQs,as well as the possible origin and the size of the corresponding absorber.Moreover,we use CIV ??1548,1551 doublet absorption to confirm CIV broad absorption line on the spectra of SDSS J1001+5027,and explain the differentbroad absorption lineson two lines of sight.In addition to the study of the absorption lines of GLQs,we also study the change of the C IV broad absorption lines with time.In the fifth chapter,we collected SDSS J141007.74 + 541203.3 spectra in 44 different observation timefrom SDSS DR14.We found that the anti-correlation is existed between the flux of continuum and the equivalent width of C IV broad absorption line,which means the variationalbroad absorption line is caused by the change of ionization state of the incident ionizing continuum,we further point out that the change of ionization state the absorber is a feedback of optical variability of the continuous spectrum.
