The Active Optics is a technology of wave surface correction,which is used to eliminate deformation caused by gravity and temperature.The measurement of the micro displacement between sub-mirrors of large astronomical telescope is the key to automatic adjustment of the active optical system.Up to now,the sensor technology for small displacement measurement is difficult and develops slowly.Therefore,based on the application of active optics technology,this paper discusses and designs the system software of micro-displacement sensor.The micro-displacement sensor designed in this paper adopts the differential variable-area plate structure and sets the reference sensor to eliminate the influence of non-measurement factors by using differential in the same way as the test sensor drive.With Xilinx's Spartan-6 XC6SLX9 chip as the core,the driving signal generation module is completed,including the driving signal of the sensor plate,the synchronous demodulation signal of the ADA2200 chip,and the driving signal of the AD7988-1 chip.The parameter is written and configured based on the I2 C protocol,and the demodulation control module of the ADA2200 chip has been completed.The interface of the chip is configured based on the SPI protocol,and the A/D conversion module of the AD7988-1 chip has been completed.The data Ethernet transmission module based on the network MCU W7100 A which including the interface configuration of the FPGA and the network MCU,and the configuration of the upper computer transmission module based on the TCP/IP protocol.The actual debugging shows that these modules achieved the expected function and lay a good foundation for the operation of the micro displacement sensor system.
