Since ancient times,infectious diseases have always been a major global concern.They are infection caused by various pathogens and are infectious,which can spread not only between the same species,but also between different species.In addition to hindering economic and social development and causing heavy casualties,infectious diseases may also cause the extinction of species without properly controlled.With the progress and development of the society,people have a relatively rich understanding of some infectious diseases and have taken effective prevention and control measures.In this paper,we study two of these infectious diseases:brucellosis caused by brucella and Acute Respiratory Disease caused by adenovirus.In order to obtain more detailed rules and ways of transmission,as well as more effective control measures,we further study and analyze the spread,prevention and control measures of brucella and adenovirus from the perspective of infectious disease dynamics.In chapter 1,we mainly introduce the research background and significance of the two kinds of infectious diseases,and the main research contents.In chapter 2,we study the dynamics research and analysis of brucellosis in diary cows with immunological threshold.We mainly consider the effect of brucella in the environment on the transmission route of infectious diseases.From the perspective of the immunity of dairy cows,the minimum infection dose of bacteria in the environment entering the body is studied,and the dynamic model of is established.From the mathematical point of view,this paper makes rigorous theoretical analyses of the model,gives the expression of the basic reproductive number,and studies the existences and stabilities of the equilibria of the model.In chapter 3,we study the dynamics research and analysis of Acute Respiratory Diseases caused by adenovirus in Military.In this paper,the dynamic model of adenovirus transmission is presented from the perspective of infectious disease dynamics for the first time.Among them,type -7,type -14 and type -55 of adenovirus are both the main pathogens causing Acute Respiratory Diseases in Military.In this paper,the rationality and universality of the model are verified by fitting the three types of pathogens,and the expression of the control reproductive number about adenovirus is given.Moreover,we explain mathematically why adenovirus can cause the epidemic in the army.In addition,for the prevention and control of adenovirus,this paper also discusses the sensitivity of model parameters,and provides two different control models and specific implementation measures for military medical conditions with or without laboratory diagnosis.In chapter 4,we summarize this paper and discuss the future research.
