In this paper,the fractional-order complex valued neural network model with time delay is discussed.Firstly,the quasi-uniform synchronization of fractional-order complex valued neural network with time delay is discussed.For fractional complex valued neural network system with time delay,a relatively simple linear controller is selected,Utilizing H?lder inequality,Gronwall inequality,Cauchy-Schwartz inequality and some inequality scaling techniques,some sufficient conditions for guaranteeing the quasi-uniform synchronization of fractional-order complex valued neural networks with time delay are derived respectively under two cases with order 1/2??<1 and 0<?<1/2,and the practicability of the conclusion are proved by numerical example.Then,the complex projection synchronization of fractional complex valued neural networks with time delay is discussed.Without decomposing complex valued systems into real valued systems,the sufficient conditions to ensure the complex valued projection synchronization of fractional complex valued neural networks with time delay are derived by constructing Lyapunov function,using differential inequality and the comparison principle of fractional valued systems with time delay.
