The digital geomorphology model can intuitively and vividly describe the spatial distribution, location, morphology, and internal structure features of the geomorphology. The high-precision digital geomorphology model can also accurately measure the parameters of the geomorphological watershed, channel, etc.,and can understand the geomorphological constituent factors and influences. The complex interactions and mechanisms between factors, and the determination of the main control factors and influencing factors of landform evolution are of great significance for the study and application of soil erosion process simulation and prediction models.Artec Eva’s three-dimensional scanning technology has the advantages of active and non-contact measurement, high spatial resolution, and high measurement speed. It has a huge application prospect in the digital modeling of micro-geomorphology.This article uses Artec Eva’s three-dimensional scanning technology to collect 3D point cloud data of slope micro-geomorphology,and reconstruct the 3D model of point cloud data to realize the quantitative analysis of slope surface soil erosion. This paper takes the micro-geomorphology of the artificial rainfall slope scale as the research object, and collects the three-dimensional point cloud data of the micro-topography of the slope surface, and digitally models it.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The problems existing in the data collection phase are studied. The basic flow of acquiring point cloud data of high-precision target objects is established by combining the parameters of the scanner and the actual conditions of the experimental site;(2)Based on the collected three-dimensional point cloud data, the preprocessing operations are performed to solve the problems of mismatching of point cloud data formats and coordination of point cloud coordinates during the establishment of a three-dimensional digital model, thereby providing a high-quality data foundation for the reconstruction of three-dimensional models in the later period;(3)Combining the characteristics of the point cloud data with the existing technical level,a method of constructing a three-dimensional geomorphology model based on TIN is used to perform surface reconstruction on the point cloud data.(4)Using the established digital geomorphology model, the resolution and error of point cloud data and DEM data were evaluated, and the accuracy and quality of the established slope micro-geomorphic DEM were evaluated.(5)The digital model was used to analyze the application of drainage channel extraction, channel parameter analysis and channel volume change. The results show that:based on the point cloud data acquired by Artec’s 3D scanning technology, the 3D model is constructed. The resolution of the digital model is 1.13-1.17 points/mm~2,and the error is between 0.2-0.5 mm.According to the analysis, the digital geomorphology model based on artec eva 3D scanning technology can well simulate the slope surface and apply the 3D digital model to the quantitative analysis of soil erosion process. It can be used as a new method in soil erosion monitoring. The measurement method has great significance for the study of soil erosion law.
