With the advancement of scientific research,computer medical image processing technology has long-term development and gradually matures.The medical image three-dimensional visualization technology based on medical image processing plays an active and vital role in medical diagnosis and medical research.By observing the medical image data processed by the three-dimensional visualization technology of medical images,medical personnel can more intuitively and clearly understand the internal information and spatial structure of tissues and diseased tissues,so as to effectively carry out medical diagnosis and surgical simulation.On this basis,it is of great significance and research value to research and develop a three-dimensional visualization computer application software for medical images.This article uses Opencv,VTK,ITK and Qt toolkits to complete the process from two-dimensional medical image sequence to three-dimensional three-dimensional organ model,and introduces the design and implementation of the system components in detail.The article first introduces the background and significance of the subject research and the current research status at home and abroad.Next,the process sequence of the three-dimensional visualization process is introduced: reading medical image sequence data;pre-processing the read data;segmenting the target organ or tissue of interest;generating a three-dimensional stereo model based on the segmented image data.Based on the process of each step,the thesis introduces in detail the related technologies and algorithms to complete these steps,such as the use of regional growth algorithm to segment organ tissue and the use of volume rendering algorithm to complete the three-dimensional modeling work.After introducing the theoretical techniques and algorithms,introduce the tools and working environment used in this system,such as the use of ITK toolkit to complete the reading of medical images and image segmentation,the use of VTK toolkit to complete the rendering of three-dimensional models,and the use of Qt to complete the entire The design of the system interface and the design of the user interaction event response mechanism,and the design of the system architecture are introduced in detail.Finally,by conducting a system test,all the algorithms and technologies mentioned in this article are displayed in the form of screenshots.
