Design And Application Of Integrated Cadastral Database Based On MAPGIS

In recent years,with the implementation of the second national land survey,the towns' cadastral investigation,the confirmation,registration and certificate granting of real rights of rural collective lands,our nation has paid more and more attention to the scientific management of lands.A lot of historical data formed in accumulated land surveys and land registrations are important assets of land management and they need to be inherited and developed.The process of urban-rural integration in China has gradually accelerated,and the traditional diversified cadastral management mode evidently failed to meet the demands of modern cadastral management.Because the geographic information technology and database technology become gradually mature,the integrated cadastral management mode has become an important development trend.Based on the present situation,this paper gathers the rural land utilization database,the town cadastral database,the database for the ownership of rural collective lands,the database for use right of rural collective lands and related data,and systematically researches the construction of Integrated Cadastral Database based on MAPGIS K9 software after analyzing a large amount of domestic and foreign literature and data collected.Main contents of the paper are as follows:(1)Analysis and research of database data collected.This paper analyzes and compares main research objects,data contents and features and application direction of the database for rural land utilization,urban cadastral database,the database for rural collective landownership and the database for use right of rural collective land.After analyzing features of the four databases,this paper puts forwards that it is possible to build Integrated Cadastral Database based on MAPGIS K9 software.(2)Design and Research of Integrated Cadastral Database Model.This paper designs Integrated Cadastral Database based on MAPGIS K9 software platform.They mainly include the design of the overall database framework and spatial data,attribute data,metadata and the design of data structures of each layer.(3)Research on the construction of Integrated Cadastral Database.This paper constructs the construction flow for Integrated Cadastral Database based on the MAPGIS K9 software platform according to the well-designed database model.The flow mainly includes data conversion,data processing,data integration,the setting of final database and the data checking.(4)Research on the application of Integrated Cadastral Database.This paper discusses the Integrated Cadastral Database in its application of land registration,inquiry of historical data,demarcation of permanent basic farmland,expropriation of state-owned lands and registration and issuing of real estate certificates.
