This paper discusses the effects of two topographies in the lower layer fluid on the interfacial internal waves. Both layers are finite, and the surface of the upper layer fluid meets the rigid cover assumption.Assuming that the two-layer fluid is moving parallel to the interface at different velocities.A two-layer fluid model is established using the potential flow theory and the boundary integral equation method. The numerical results of interfacial internal waves are obtained by the numerical calculation method based on quasi-Newton method. At the same time, the linear analytical solution is obtained by solving the corresponding linear problem. The characteristics of nonlinear interface waves caused by two topographies can be given and compared with the results of linear solutions.Characteristics due to both single and double topographies of the linear and non-linear solutions are analyzed, including the wave profile, steady downstream waves. As the distance between two topographies increases, the amplitude of steady downstream waves of the linear solution and the nonlinear solution changes periodically. And its amplitude ratio increases as the density of the upper layer and lower layer.
