Based on the behavioral finance, this paper researches the financial epidemic model of china securities market by combining the model with the bilinear effective infection rate of funds.Assume that the decision-making behavior of investors in the stock market is influenced by factors such as emotional contagion and behavioral contagion,we discuss the law and characteristics of China's securities market with the knowledge of power system dynamics.Firstly,Liapunov function theorem and LaSalle invariance principle are used to prove the local and global asymptotic stability of the dynamical system model constructed in this paper. Then, the CSAD method is used to empirically test the contagion of investors' behavior in the stock market.Starting with the risk-free interest rate d,We analyze the two main parameters of capital flow--Effective infection rate of funds ? and removal rate of Funds y.Finally,BP neural network algorithm is used to invert the parameter values of the dynamic system model. We conclude that there is a kind of threshold equilibrium in the corresponding capital flow model of China's securities market(?>1),and local equilibrium and global equilibrium are included.Based on the obvious behavior contagion among investors, this paper provides the basis for our next parameter numerical simulation. It is found that ?=0.06 is a special value and should be paid attention to.It is also found that under the condition of normal market fluctuation, the value range of y is(0.005,0.0148);In addition, the results of parameter inversion show that the error between the actual value of investment capital I and the fitted value is basically(0.01,0.03),which further proves that the BP neural network inversion algorithm has certain feasibility.
