Facing the acceleration of urbanization construction,it is urgent to improve the carrying capacity of the city,Urban underground comprehensive pipe gallery came into being.However,due to it's high construction cost,the initial investment is large,so its development is hindered.Improving the construction cost control level of Urban underground comprehensive pipe gallery can provide a strong guarantee for promoting the construction of Urban underground comprehensive pipe gallery and accelerating the urbanization construction.But now,there is not a large number of existing projects in China for the construction of Urban underground comprehensive pipe gallery,there are still many problems in the construction cost control: because lack of relevant construction experience,so it's construction cost control lacks the data support of similar projects;because the construction cost control of the completed project mainly depends on other construction experience of the management personnel,so lack of analysis on the internal cause and effect of the factors affecting the construction cost of Urban underground comprehensive pipe gallery;At present,the research on cost control of Urban underground comprehensive pipe gallery only exists at the level of practical operation,lack of systematic and dynamic analysis of it's influencing factors.Considering the above factors,paper propose to use the theory of system dynamics to establish the construction cost control model of Urban underground comprehensive pipe gallery,to make scientific prediction of the dynamic trend of the construction cost of Urban underground comprehensive pipe gallery,in order to achieve the purpose of cost control in advance.The research on the construction cost control of Urban underground comprehensive pipe gallery based on system dynamics is to use the theoretical knowledge of system dynamics to build a system dynamics model for the cost control of Urban underground comprehensive pipe gallery,using VENSIM to simulate the model and get the result.By reading a lot,analyzed the factors that affect the construction cost of Urban underground comprehensive pipe gallery,Identify and distinguish endogenous,exogenous and negligible factors,so as to determine the system boundary;Secondly,from the perspective of four objectives of construction project management,build out the causal relationship between construction quality and construction cost,construction safety risk and construction cost,construction progress and construction cost,finally determined the causality chart of construction cost control of Urban underground comprehensive pipe gallery.At last,according to the determined system boundary and causality diagram,the flow chart of construction cost control of Urban underground comprehensive pipe gallery is obtained,write equations forvariables in the model,combined with qualitative analysis and quantitative treatment,the system dynamic model of construction cost control of Urban underground comprehensive pipe gallery is finally constructed.Paper takes the civil engineering part of a city's underground comprehensive pipe gallery as as the case analysis object,collect the variables needed in the model,input the constant values and write the equations,using VENSIM to simulate it,predicted the dynamic trend of construction cost,verified the effectiveness and feasibility of the method of system dynamics in the study of construction cost control of Urban underground comprehensive pipe gallery.At the end of this paper,according to the simulation results,put forward some suggestions to improve the control level of Urban underground comprehensive pipe gallery construction cost,such as improve the preparation quality of construction scheme,improve the quality of construction cost planning,improve the implementation degree of cost control management system,improve the consciousness of cost control of construction.
