As people's requirements for mobile phone photo quality continue to increase, the anti-shake function has become an indispensable feature in mobile phones. At present, the anti-shake test of the camera module with optical anti-shake function mainly relies on the vibration of the shaker to simulate the camera module shake.Although this method can well simulate the shake situation when shooting, but Long-term testing still has problems such as test system wear and unstable module clamping. In view of the above problems, this paper proposes a new type of optical image stabilization test method, namely the dynamic projection test method.According to the principle of relativity of motion, the projector is used to project a dynamic image sequence to simulate the blurring of the CCD image due to jitter during the shooting process;the on-site editable gate array is used to simulate the gyro sensor to achieve a jitter signal under static conditions,Activate the anti-shake motor to turn on the anti-shake function, and simultaneously generate a synchronous trigger signal to achieve a high degree of synchronization between the simulated shake signal and the image sequence.Perform a system test on the completed system. The simulated shake signal can adjust the position of the lens and turn on its anti-shake function. The projector can orderly switch images under the control of the trigger signal. The optical image stabilization test method proposed in this paper can well improve the original problem, can solve the problems of wear and clamping in the shaking table test, achieve the purpose of non-destructive testing, and the final test results and the current shaking table test plan The test results are highly consistent, which proves that the proposed scheme has high feasibility and accuracy and has a certain reference value. It is expected to replace the current test system for non-destructive testing in the future.
