In this paper,the ZnO films with different surface wettability were prepared on Ti sheet by hydrothermal method.The ZnO micro-nanoparticles with different micro-morphology were prepared by hydrothermal method,and combined with PDMS to form ZnO-PDMS films.The ZnO films and ZnO-PDMS films were characterized by XRD,FT-IR,SEM,TEM and surface wettability.The Shewanella putrefaciens was as bacterial agent,and characterized by biofilm adhesion rate,bacterial number of biofilm,micro-morphology of biofilm,live-dead bacteria and et al.The influence and antibiofilm properties of micro-morphology and hydrophobic properties of films against biofilm were studied.1.The ZnO films with different surface wettability properties were prepared on Ti sheet by hydrothermal method.The results show that,during the hydrothermal synthesis,Ti sheet and ZnO are combined with chemical bonds to participate in the hydrothermal synthesis of ZnO.ZnO prepared with different reaction solution concentrations are hexagonal wurtzite type,and the prepared films are composed of ZnO nanorods with different micro-morphology.The surface of ZnO film prepared with reaction solution concentration of 0.020 mol/L is hydrophobicity.2.ZnO films with different surface wettability properties can be obtained by changing the reactant solution concentration,and Shewanella putrefaciens acts as the object.The results show that the growth rate of Shewanella putrefaciens biofilm on the hydrophobic surface is slower,the total viable count of bacteria on the film surface is less,and the hydrophobic property of the ZnO film is improved,which is beneficial to inhibit the formation of Shewanella putrefaction biofilm.The contact of ZnO nanorods with bacteria and the dissolved Zn2+destroy the integrity of bacterial cell membranes and inhibit the growth of bacteria on the surface.3.ZnO micro-nanoparticles with different micro-morphology were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis method,and their superamphiphobic properties were modified.It was combined with PDMS,and ZnO-PDMS films with superamphiphobic properties were prepared on the surface of PVC board by casting method.The results show that the surface of ZnO micro-nanoparticles is successfully grafted with silofane modifiers,leading to superamphiphobic properties on the surface.Pompon-like and flower-like ZnO-PDMS films have fewer pores on the surface,and the distribution of protrusions is relatively uniform,which enhances the surface wettability.The number of pores on the surface of rod-shaped ZnO-PDMS films is more,and the distribution of protrusions is uneven.Therefore,the surface of the pompon and flower-like ZnO-PDMS films has superamphiphobic properties,and the surface of rod-like ZnO-PDMS films has amphiphobic property.4.ZnO-PDMS films with different surface wettability were used as the target of Shewanella putrefaciens,and the mechanism of inhibition of ZnO-PDMS films on Shewanella putrefaction biofilms was studied.The results show that the ZnO-PDMS film with superamphiphobic properties prevents bacteria from adhesion,and has good antibiofilm properties.Among them,the antibiofilm property of flower-like ZnO-PDMS film is the optimal.Free Zn2+in ZnO micro-nanoparticles destroys the integrity of bacterial membranes and inhibits bacterial growth.
