The NAXIGOL graphite deposit is located in the Western Region Plate(I),East Kunlun Landmass(I 7),East Kunlun Magmatic Arc Belt,and at the west end of the birkalik-xiangride Indosinian gold,lead,zinc(copper,rare earth,rare earth)nw-nw-nw trending metallogenic belt(III 12).There are 4 graphite ore belts and 34 graphite ore bodies in the mining area.The ore body is nw trending and occurs in the amphibolite quartzite of the PALEOPROTEROZOIC Jinshuikou group and the marble of the marble group,it is controlled by the special strata and lithology of the Jinshuikou group,the NW anticline and the early triassic granodiorite.It is considered that the graphite and iron deposits in the Naxigol area underwent the basic volcanic rocks-hydrothermal sedimentary rocks mineralization period,the metamorphism mineralization period of the Jinshuikou Group and the magmatic hydrothermal superimposed mineralization period of the early triassic,the Genesis of the deposit is sedimentary metamorphism-hydrothermal superimposed deposit.The metallogenic model of graphite deposit is established on the basis of sub-scale.According to the geological characteristics of the deposit and the high magnetic interpretation results,it is determined that the main ore-forming geological body is the contact structure belt between the early Triassic granodiorite and the Jinshuikou rock group,and the ore-forming structure is the north-west anticline structure(both wings)and the north-west fault structure,31 NW structures and 25 ne structures have been interpreted by high magnetic field,and the ore-forming geological bodies are parallel to nw,forming the structural framework of the ore-forming area The nw-trending linear structure and the intersection of nw-trending structure and nw-trending structure and the change of morphology of ore-forming geological body are determined to be favorable for mineralization.Based on the investigation of I,II and III IP anomaly zones,four graphite ore zones have been delineated.Ip Method has a good effect on searching for graphite ore bodies in the study area.Based on the analysis of the ore-forming geological conditions of the graphite deposits and the characteristics of Ip anomalies,there are still obvious low resistance and high polarization Ip anomalies in the east of exploration line 40 in the study area.The IP anomalies are connected with the main anomalies in the study area and have a good continuity,the surface of the IP anomaly area is covered by quaternary system.The mineralization information of graphite has been found in the IP anomaly area.The fixed carbon grade of some selected chemical samples is up to 2.5%.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the Guole graphite deposit in Nakhi people and the study of the prospecting effect of induced polarization,the metallogenic model and prospecting model of the Guole graphite deposit are established,it is suggested that there are better prospecting potential for graphite deposits in the southwest,north and east of the study area.
