In the actual decision-making process,it is difficult to be absolutely rational.Decisionmaking is the process of individuals making subjective judgments on objective things. It is inevitable that there are individual preferences and mutual influences.Especially in the smallworld network where expert group decision-making is taken as an example, the interactivity between individuals is enhanced, and opinions are susceptible to the influence of other individual preferences, behaviors,or social group selection trends in the surrounding environment. The trust relationship between decision-making individuals is an important influencing factor of group decision-making.Drawing on the experience of others can reduce the high perceived risk and uncertainty brought about by interaction. This paper proposes a model of social network consensus trust decision-making that considers uncertain preference relationships. From the internal micro perspective, the preference relationship is used as a tool for individual decision-making to express opinions. From the external macro perspective, the trust and association between decision makers are included in group decision making. The content is as follows:(1)Internal uncertainty of decision-making system: Decision information of decisionmakers is given by the means of uncertain preference. In the decision-making process,it is bump for scholars to give accurate evaluation values based on the available information, and it is easier to give evaluation information for pairwise comparisons of solutions. Therefore, this article uses uncertain preference to represent the results of pairwise comparisons of various factors. In addition, the consistency of judgment information provided by decision makers varies, due to the complexity of the objective world and the differences in people's knowledge structure and cognitive ability. To some extent, the consistency of judgment information reflects the knowledge ability of decision makers in related aspects. Therefore, this article uses the consistency index to describe their knowledge ability in related aspects.(2)Uncertainty of the decision-making system environment: Based on the tenet of trust relationships,a consensus decision-making method considering the trust relationship between decision makers is proposed. In the light of the properties of trust, trust is divided into direct trust and indirect trust.A comprehensive evaluation index based on direct trust and indirect trust is proposed, which can measure the trust level of each decision-maker in the decision system.(3)Aggregation of decision information: Aggregate the trust index and consistency index to obtain new weights for each decision maker, and define a weighted group consensus matrix.Based on this,a research on social network consensus trust decision modeling considering uncertain preference relationships is proposed to gather expert information and sort programs. Finally, the process and steps of social network consensus trust decision based on uncertain preference relationship are given, and an example is used to illustrate its effectiveness, which provides an application reference for the proposed group consensus decision method.Aiming at the non-deterministic phenomenon that depends on expert experience data, the model proposed in this paper not only conforms to the decision-maker's cognitive psychology, reflects the decision-maker's limited rationality, complex decision environment, etc.,but also can fully express preference information and solve the calculation distortion of interval preference information This model proposes a new technique for the discuss of group consensus decision.
