Cavitation tube plays an important role in Hydrodynamics Laboratory.In the cavitation water cylinder,the water pump and other equipment move repeatedly in the water cylinder,forming a uniform flow field in the test section,and at the same time,the test can be carried out for a long time.Generally,the test window is installed on the side wall of the test section,and in special cases,the test window is also installed on the bottom surface,which brings great convenience for the functions of testing and photographing.Water in the flow period usually through the DC motor mixed flow pump to generate power,the power is usually in dozens to several thousand watts.The flow quality in the test section is closely related to the cylinder structure and the flow speed of the pump.After the completion of cylinder construction,the effect of its structure on water flow tends to be stable.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the management of water pump to improve the water quality.Even if the axial-flow pump drive motor presents a single direction movement trend,it can be realized based on 2q.However,due to the strict requirements on water speed and the work of the pump can not affect the measurement system,how to develop a set of automatic and less fluctuating performance system plays an important role in the quality of the experimental device.In recent years,with the continuous development of speed regulation technology,great achievements have been made so far.DC speed regulating equipment has possessed digital technology and is widely used in industry,mining and construction industries,such as high-speed elevator.In this study,I conducted in-depth research on large-scale cavitation water cylinder,and set up the corresponding electric control system according to the system regulations,mainly including the layout,schematic diagram and related software;according to the key technical parameters of the system,the 12 pulse parallel circuit management method is used;the corresponding mathematical model of DC motor is established.MATLAB simulation tool is used to simulate the conventional PID and fuzzy PID control strategies,and the control results are compared;finally,debugging is carried out for debugging,and effective solutions are developed for future potential faults.
