In actual circulation,beer bottles are in a scattered state in the recycling boxes,and random vibration generated by road roughness excitation makes beer bottles shake and collide.At present,the researches on random vibration of packaging by domestic and foreign scholars mainly adopt the linear analysis method based on mode,ignoring the non-linear influence.The random vibration of beer bottle-turnover box belongs to contact nonlinear problem.In this paper,the nonlinear finite element method was applied to study the vibration characteristics of the element,and it was verified by experiments.Firstly,material parameters test was carried out on the beer bottle and turnover box,and conducted random vibration test on packaging units to get its response acceleration-time curve and acceleration power spectral density(PSD)under the conditions of two kinds of stacking layers(single and two layers),two kinds of excitation spectrum(band-limited white noise and modified American Society for Testing(ASTM)truck)and three vibration levels.Then,ANSYS/LS-DYNA nonlinear software was used to analyze the transport unit so that obtained the time domain,frequency domain curves,equivalent stress cloud maps and PSD of beer bottles and containers.Finally,the finite element results were compared with the experimental results,and the consistency was good.The random vibration test and finite element analysis of transport units of beer bottle-turnover boxes show that the upper beer bottles are mainly controlled by the low order resonance frequency,and the lower beer bottles are mainly controlled by the high order resonance frequency.The acceleration response of beer bottles at different positions is different.The response near the center of the box is larger and the response near the corner of the box is smaller.The acceleration of the beer bottle concentrates around-1 g,indicating that the beer bottle jumpped during vibration,and the nonlinear characteristics of the packaging units are obvious.The equivalent stress cloud diagram of finite element shows that the stress of beer bottle is mainly concentrated at the bottom and shoulder of the bottle,and the stress at the bottom of the container is obvious.The nonlinear finite element analysis method provides an effective tool for contact nonlinear problem.
