With the rapid development of computer science and cloud platform, vector geographic data,as an indispensable data source for national infrastructure, plays an important role in geographic information, urban planning, and surveying industries. The development of geographic data sharing platforms has made vector geographic data very convenient to spread and use, while also facing security issues such as leaks, especially when network transmission is needed in the face of emergency needs such as sudden disasters and accidents.Data security issues has become one of the biggest barriers to network transmission. Therefore,it is urgent to introduce vector geographic data encryption technology for network transmission as an effective solution to the security protection of vector geographic data copyright. Most of the existing networkoriented vector geographic data encryption algorithms are based on the combination of classical cryptographic symmetric encryption and asymmetric encryption. They do not combine the characteristics of vector geographic data, which easily cause crackers' curiosity. Also, traditional encryption algorithms for vector geographic data ignore the issue of key distribution and cannot be directly applied to existing application scenarios. Therefore,it is urgent to study the encryption algorithm for vector geographic data and key distribution method suitable for network security transmission. This paper studies the vector geographic data encryption algorithm for network security transmission and the key distribution method based on reversible information hiding. The main contents of the research are as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of existing geographic data network sharing platform, the security problems faced by vector geographic data and existing safeguard measures in this application scenario are analyzed. Then a network security transmission model for vector geographic data is constructed. Thus, this paper proposes the algorithm requirements and evaluation indexes of the encryption algorithm and the reversible information hiding algorithm, which provide a theoretical basis for the subsequent algorithms.(2)Based on the characteristics of vector geographic data, combining threedimensional chaotic mapping and group scrambling,a network-oriented encryption algorithm for vector geographic data based on stepwise encryption is proposed. In order to take into account the unpredictability of the key,a true random number is used to generate the key required for encryption.Based on full consideration of algorithm security, stepwise encryption combining integer part encryption and block scrambling is adopted.Experimental results show that the algorithm has large key space, high sensitivity, and high security.(3)A key hiding method based on reversible information hiding of vector geographic data is proposed, which breaks through the traditional key management mode.In order to avoid redundant information, this algorithm uses the idea of predicting the difference and hides the information into the difference between the carrier data and its predicted value. In order to improve the accuracy of the prediction and the embeddable capacity,a prediction method based on the weight of the neighboring coordinates is designed. At the same time, the use of cyclic check code encoding to process the key information can improve the security of the key information and increase the self-checking ability. The experimental results show that the algorithm can realize the secret transmission of the key, which improves the security of the encryption algorithm key transmission.
