Membrane technology is the advanced wastewater treatment technology in the world,and has great advantage in the industrial wastewater,sewage treatment and wastewater resource utilization.Nowadays membrane technology is the important methods for sewage disposal and reuse.Therefore,it is significant to study ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis technology in the deep treatment of the urban sewage and water reuse.In this thesis,use Chengdu city sewage treatment plant’s effluent as raw water,use self-made ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis unit,do field experiments in sewage treatment plant to experiment and do simulated experiments in the school environment laboratory.The processing properties of ultrafiltration,reverse osmosis technology and processing quality is analyzed.Comparing with traditional coagulation sedimentation process,ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis technology are studied in the applicability of urban water reuse.The results are following:1.Sewage treatment plant is running in good condition.The effluent is stable and meet the standard B of the urban sewage treatment plant pollutant discharge standard.2.At pH of 6.5~7.2 and the temperature of 20~25℃,conductivity,COD,ammonia nitrogen,total phosphorus removal effect of ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis are optimal.3.Ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis technology is a good way to remove the turbidity conductivity,COD,ammonia nitrogen,total phosphorus in the sewage treatment plant’s effluent,and process water quality of effluent can meet the water reused for cooling water,urban miscellaneous water and landscape water.Ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis processing power is superior to that of coagulation precipitation.4.Because of the ultrafiltration,reverse osmosis experiment device’s treatment capacity is far less than the actual engineering,the tons of water cost is up to 1.1 yuan/m3,which is above the coagulation sedimentation process.But considering the processing water quality can meet the requirements of multi-purpose or high standard of reclaimed water,there are still quite high application prospect of ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis process.Finally,the preliminary scheme of industrial park of water cycle is put forward.With the pilot test of ultrafiltration,reverse osmosis,the feasibility of water reuse schemes is technically validated.
