Studies On The Synthesis Of Abiraterone Acetate And Natural Product Iso-A82775C

This article mainly covers the synthetic approach to the Abiraterone acetate and Iso-A82775C.It mainly includes three parts.Chapter 1 the synthesis study on Abiraterone acetateAbiraterone acetate is a cure designed for the Prostate Cancer disease.Compared to the other treatment,it owns a higher effectiveness and minner drawbacks.As with these advantages,it raised much more interests in the community.As the existed synthetic approach is somehow expensive,our group devote much effort to develop a more cheaper and convenient synthetic route to the drug.We started with pregnenolone acetate pregnancy,by utilizing brommonation reaction followed by Witting olefination to give the key intermediate ?,? unsaturated aldehyde.With this product in hand,we finally close the total synthesis of Abiraterone acetate by hetero D-A reaction and isomerization in sequance.Chapter 2 the synthesis study on Iso-A82775Iso-A82775 was isolated by che and his co-workers in the endophytic fungi in a plant on the outskirts of the solid medium in 2008.It serves as the important intermediate of the synthesis approach for the HIV-1 replicationinhibitor Chloropupukeananin.As its structure contains a continuous chiral center on the core,the total syntheisis of this molecule is a big challendge for synthetic community.To the best of our knowledge,the total synthesis of this structure has never been reported.As thus,we planned to start with guaiacol,fllowed by reduction,rearrangement,oxidation etc.to acheive the key intermediate quenone.And with this in hand,we tried hard to close the total synthesis of Iso-A82775C.Chapter 3 the synthesis of pyridine and its derivatives(Review)Pyridine and its derivatives are a large family which formed by a series of N-containning hetero six membered rings.This structure has been found in variety of natural product and utlized in the material science.In addition it also can serve as significant moiety of some catalyst.As its charming bioactivity and drug activity,its synthesis has attracted great interests of the chemical community.This part mainly includes the synthesis of the pyridine and its derivatives.
