As the most special element in the periodic table, the effects of fluoride in organic compounds is enormous.Fluorine atoms introduced into organic compounds will greatly influence the electron cloud of whole molecule, then lead to changes of acid-base property, dipole moment, the nature of the adjacent groups and configuration, thus affecting the physical and chemical properties of the whole molecule. Therefore, fluorine element have played a unique role in pharmaceuticals,agrochemicals,material,electron,etc..Isoxazolines is not only the intermediates of many bioactive substances, and has wide application in pesticide and medicine, but also to participate in the synthesis of a variety of organic active substances through simple chemical reactions. Therefore, the synthesis of this kind of compounds has never stopped. So far,the chemist successfully synthesized Isoxazolines compounds containing hydroxyl methyl, bromine, iodine, trifluoro ethyl, methyl azide group and hydroxyl methyl, nitrile, but no Isoxazolines substituted by a single fluorine was reported. Therefore, synthesis of fluoride oxazoline compounds has always been closely watched.Keeping this in mind,we successfully got isoxazoline with a single fluorine substituent by using a hypervalent iodine compound as catalyst and oxime containing a unsaturated double bond as substrate through difunctionalization.A variety of 0,?-unsaturated oximes were cyclized and fluorated to furnish isoxazolines containing a a single fluorine substituent in good yield.Considering the important function of isoxazolines compounds and fluoride compounds in bioactive substances and medicine, this method would be used to various disciplines.
