The treatment of low concentration of copper and gold in water had been put forward in this paper.The methods of dealing were green,and the process was studied in detail,the specific contents include the following three parts:1.In wet smelting process,along with the continuously promoting the waste residue,waste water will be produced.This paper summarizes the traditional processing method of low concentration of metal ions of waste,including precipitation method,extraction method,ion exchange method and adsorption method.In view of the above two kinds of low concentration gold,copper solution we put forward two kinds of green processing method respectively.2.The use of small molecule organic acid fumaric acid and copper to form chain coordination polymer,so that the copper ion can precipite rapidly.The use of infrared,scanning electron microscopy,thermogravimetric method were used to characterize the formation of coordination polymers mainly in this section,preliminary to determine the structure of coordination polymers.The effects of different temperature,pH and other conditions of the enrichment process were also studied.The dynamic process of the enrichment process of pseudo first order,pseudo two order kinetics models and the simulation of adsorption model were also studied.In calcium,magnesium and other light metals exist in large quantities in the system fumaric acid can still have good selectivity for copper.In the condition of strong acid,fumaric acid and copper forms polymers(FMA-Cu)can realize the rapid dissociation,fumaric acid recycling.3.We synthesized with polyvinyl chloride(PVC)as the skeleton,polymer imidazole ionic liquid grafted,used for the study of enrichment and separation of precious metal gold In view of this research is launched in the following aspects:smicroscopyome methods were used to characterize the imidazolium ionic liquids,characterization methods used include infrared spectroscopy,elemental analysis,NMR spectroscopy,scanning electron,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,through the above methods can basically determine the structure of polymer.In the aspect of research on enrichment of gold,mainly studied the effect of temperature,pH value,solid content,reaction time on the reaction,at the same time effect of chloride ion concentration on the enrichment process are also studied In the separation process and other transition metal,polymer ionic liquid also showed good selectivity.
