Development Of Emulsion-type Rust Conversion Coating

The purpose of this paper is to prepare emulsion-type rust conversion coating,in order to solve current waterborne transformative rusty coating acid is too high to cause so much inconvenience.And the performance of the coating was tested.In the paper,the research content mainly includes the following three aspects.With phosphate ester monomer(PAM-100),methyl acrylic acid,butyl acrylate,methyl methacrylate and styrene as raw materials,adopting emulsification semi-continuous process preparation of phosphate ester modified acrylic emulsion,discussed the dosage effect of phosphate ester monomers on the properties of the emulsion,and the emulsion was characterized.With phosphate ester modified acrylic emulsion and chlorine vinegar emulsion as base resin,through studying the choice of the dispersants,defoaming agent,converting agent,corrosion system and the selection of system pH regulator agent,etc.,prepared an emulsion-type rust conversion coating.By using atomic force microscopy(AFM)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)analysis,studied the conversion process in rust with the emulsion rust conversion coating.Through tested the ac impedance and polarization curves,weight and luster etc.in rust conversion coating alone and coating of form a complete set,to evaluate the performance of anticorrosion with two kinds of coating.The purpose of this paper is to prepare a kind of emulsion type rust conversion coatings,in order to solve the inconvenience of the current transformation of acidic water is too high due to the rust coating zone.And the properties of the coating were tested.The main contents of this paper are the following four aspects.
