Design and preparation of new type of catalyst using novel precursor for Fischer-Tropsch synthesis(FTS)is becoming more and more important.Transition metal carbonyl cluster and rare earth carbonyl cluster has a potential application prospect in the field of catalysis.In this dessertation,a new type of catalyst was prepared by using cobalt carbonyl cluster(CO)9CO3CCOOH,the cobalt carbonyl cluster-transition metal(Co-Ti,Co-Zr),and cobalt carbonyl cluster-lanthanide metal(Co-La,Co-Ce and Co-Eu)bridged cluster as the catalyst precursors,?-Al2O3 as solide support.In the catalysts,active metal Co and the transition and lanthanide metal promoters have intimate contact each other on the surface of the support,which could be applied distinct catalytic performance for FTS.The mainly stuties of this thesis was summarized as follows:1.Cobalt carbonyl cluster(CO)9Co;CCOOH was prepared according to the literature.The catalyst using the cluster as precursor was prepared,labled as C03/Al2O3.Combined with TEM,XRD,DRIFTs and TPD-MS test,the effect of various pretreatment atmosphere on the cluster catalysts for F-T synthesis was studied.2.A Cobalt carbonyl cluster-transition metals(Zr and Ti)bridged clusters were prepared according to the literature.The catalysts using these complexs as catalyst precursors were prepared,respectively by impregnated mothed.The reference catalysts were also prepared by using the mixture of cobalt carbonyl clusters(CO)9Co3CCOOH and Zr,Ti organic salts as precursors.Combined with TEM,XRD,DRIFTs,TPD-MS and the FTS test,the catalytic mechnism was studied.Moreover,the effect of various promoter with chemistry bond on the catalytic performance was also emplored.3.A Cobalt carbonyl cluster-lanthanide meatl(La,Ce and Eu)bridged clusters were prepared according to the literature.The catalysts using these complexs as catalyst precursors were prepared,respectively by impregnated mothed.Combined with TEM,XRD,DRIFTs,TPD-MS and the FTS test,the catalytic mechnism was studied.Moreover,the effect of various promoter with chemistry bond on the catalytic performance was also emplored.
