This thesis investigates the electrochemical behaviors,the electrochemical kinetics of Albendazole(ABZ)at graphene(GR)and ionic liquids N-butylpyridinium hexafluorophosphate([Bupy]PF6),Copper sulfide-decorated reduced graphene oxide(CuS/GR)and 3-Aminopropyltriethoxysilane(APTS)modified carbon paste electrode GR-[Bupy]PF6/CPE,CuS/GR-APTS/CPE.The electrochemical behaviors,the electrochemical kinetics of Fenbendazole(FBZ)at graphene(GR)and ionic liquids N-butylpyridinium hexafluorophosphate([Bupy]PF6)modified carbon paste electrode GR-[Bupy]PF6/CPE.The electrochemical behaviors,the electrochemical kinetics of Lisinopril(LSP)at Copper sulfide-decorated reduced graphene oxide(CuS/GR)and acetylene black(AB)modified carbon paste electrode CuS/GR-AB/CPE,respectively.The main contents of research work are concluded in the following:?Graphite power as raw material,the Hummers and Offeman methods were used for synthesis of graphene(GR)at first,a facile one-pot method for synthesis of CuS nanoparticles decorated graphene sheets(CuS/GR)at the same time.GR and[Bupy]PF6,CuS/GR and APTS were used as modified agents to fabricated modified carbon electrode GR-[Bupy]PF6/CPE,CuS/GR-APTS/CPE,also characterized by cyclic voltammetry(CV)and electrochemical impedance(EIS).Electrochemical behaviors of ABZ at GR-[Bupy]PF6/CPE,CuS/GR-APTS/CPE were studied by CV and SWV;The influence of experimental conditions such as pH value.scanning rates on the ABZ voltammetric behavior were investigated.The electrochemical kinetic parameters for the electrode reaction process of ABZ at GR-[Bupy]PF6/CPE,CuS/GR-APTS/CPE were calculated.The proposed novel SWV method is effective for the determination of ABZ in commercial tablet samples.?GR and[Bupy]PF6 were used as modified agents to fabricated modified carbon electrode GR-[Bupy]PFe6/CPE,also characterized by cyclic voltammetry(CV)and electrochemical impedance(EIS).Electrochemical behaviors of FBZ at GR-[Bupy]PF6/CPE were studied by CV and SWV;The influence of experimental conditions such as pH value?scanning rates on the FBZ voltammetric behavior were investigated.The electrochemical kinetic parameters for the electrode reaction process of FBZ at GR-[Bupy]PF6/CPE,were calculated.The proposed novel SWV method is effective for the determination of FBZ in commercial tablet samples.?CuS/GR and AB were used as modified agents to fabricated modified carbon electrode CuS/GR-AB/CPE,also characterized by cyclic voltammetry(CV)and electrochemical impedance(EIS).Electrochemical behaviors of LSP at CuS/GR-AB/CPE were studied by CV and SWV;The influence of experimental conditions such as pH value?scanning rates on the LSP voltammetric behavior were investigated.The electrochemical kinetic parameters for the electrode reaction process of LSP at CuS/GR-AB/CPE were calculated.The proposed novel SWV method is effective for the determination of LSP in commercial tablet samples.
