Binder environmental protection has gradually become a trend,the existing with polluting binder will be eliminated gradually,at the same time the state strengthen management for environmental protection work,makes production enterprises to do product environmental protection,and the production of environmental protection.But now China's environmental protection adhesive production enterprise is very little,the vast majority of the backward production enterprise production conditions,low production,product quality is poor and the problems of serious environmental pollution.2015 of the<new environmental law>is the activated carbon adhesive production enterprises to the road of reform.Thus the present urgent needs a new environmentally friendly production technology of binder,into the adhesive production industry,to change the existing dilemma.This design which used the micro emulsion technology with medium temperature coal tar,wash oil as raw material to add proper emulsifier produced a new environmental friendly adhesive,and designed the alternates with two sets of annual output of 10000 tons of environment-friendly adhesive production process,at the same time for the whole production process of material and energy balance,draw a variety of industrial design diagram,provided the basis for the industrial construction.At the same time the design also on the energy saving optimization process,process quality control and product standardization were optimized design,forming a complete system of industrial design,to make it can be directly applied to industrial production.This design aimed at the present stage activated carbon manufacturers also face problems of environmental pollution,and gives the solution to enterprise production and reduces the production cost,improves the product quality,ensures the stability of the product,to enhance the market competitiveness of products.This industrial design finally devised a new type of environmentally friendly adhesive industry production process,could be used for activated carbon production enterprise applications,and could be extended to the whole carbon industry,the binder of activated carbon and the carbon industry production enterprises would be of great theoretical and realistic significance.
