This paper describes the synthesis of Labdane diterpenoid amomax B,drimane sesquiterpenoids funatrols A,funatrols C,two sesquiterpene coumarin ethers and a series of flavonoids.This main content includes the following five sections:1,The first chapter reviews the structure,classification,biological activity,source and distribute,synthetic methods of Labdane diterpene and flavonoids briefly.2,Total synthesis of flavanones Lespeflorins A3.The total synthesis of natural Lespeflorins A3 was achieved through C-prenylation,protection of phenolic hydroxyl group,aldol condensation,cyclization and deportation starting from cheap 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde and 2,4-dihydroxyacetophenone.3,Total synthesis of of two natural chalcone glycosidesThe total synthesis of two natural chalcone glycosides was achieved through protection of phenolic hydroxyl group,aldol condensation,glycosylation under phase transfer catalytic condition and deprotection starting from acetovanillone.A new method for removing MOM group using NH4Cl was described.4,Total synthesis of seven natural prenylated flavonoidsA simple and efficient approach for synthesis flavonoids with 2,3-dihydroxy-3-methylbutyl moiety,by which seven natural prenylated flavonoids,Brosimacutin A-B,Brosimacutin C,Brosimacutin D,Brosimacutin E,Brosimacutin H,Brosimacutin M and Acutifolin D had been synthesized in racemic form.5,Total synthesis of labdane diterpenoid amomax B,drimane sesquiterpenoids funatrols A and funatrols C,two sesquiterpene coumarin ethers.The total enantioselective synthesis of isodrimenediol was achieved in 9 steps from geraniol,then isodrimenediol as the biological precursor,labdane diterpenoid amomax B,drimane sesquiterpenoids funatrols A and funatrols C and two sesquiterpene coumarin ethers were synthesized.All structures of new compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR,13C NMR,IR,HRMS.
