Because of the high surface area,good thermal stability and hydrothermal stability,strong acidity and superior shape-selective property,microporous zeolites have been widely used in the petrochemical industry as catalysts or metal catalyst support.However,the relative small micropores in zeolites have strongly limited their practical applications in industry.Aluminosilicate molecular sieve such as MCM-41 and SBA-15 with lager surface area,higher mesopore volum and ordered mesoporous structure,benefit the mass transfer.But considering their poor thermal stability and hydrothermal stability,these materials are still far from satisfication of wide application.For sake of overcoming the disadvantages above,mesoporous zeolites have attracted great attention for their good thermal stability and hydrothermal stability,higher surface area and lager mesopore volum compared to microporous zeolites and ordered mesoporous materials,respectively.The masoporous zeolite will not only benefit the diffusion of molecular,but also realize the catalytic conversion of macromolecular,which must extend its further application.ETS-10 zeolite has the particular three-dimensional channels which provided favorable conditions for its shape-selective catalysis,photochemical catalysis,ion-exchange and adsorption.In addition,for its inherent strong basicity,ETS-10 zeolite has been envisioned to be widely used in cracking,isomerization and alkylation process,especially in base-catalyzed reactions.In this paper,we used different titanium sources to synthesized microporous ETS-10 zeolite.Also,we researched the influence of the titanium sources on crystallinity.On this basis,we got mesoporous ETS-10 zeolites synthesized by low-cost titanium trichloride and water glass as titanium sources and silicon sources in the presence of cationic polymer quaternary ammonium salt(MRC).In addition,we synthesized heteroatoms(Ni)mesoporous ETS-10 zeolites by introducing acetylacetone nickel and nickel nitrate into the synthesis system.Finally,we use the mesoporous ETS-10 as base catalyst in epoxidation reaction and Knoevenagel condensations to dicuss the nature of the catalytic action for ETS-10.
