| In this paper,the mine axial fan as the research object,analysis,research the fan data collection and remote monitoring scheme,by comparing the selection and control method of the hardware of the remote monitoring system,using the programmable controller PLC as control core,construct three layer distributed architecture fan remote the monitoring system,based on the RBF neural network fuzzy PID control method for variable frequency speed regulation,achieve the purpose of constant pressure air supply;multi sensor and electric parameter acquisition module of the operating parameters of ventilation machine real-time collection;man-machine interface touch real-time display on the fan in the operation process of the monitoring parameters and working state of the equipment screen;based on Ethernet ring network and slave communication PC,real-time data interaction system.Using configuration software to create real-time monitoring and PC control interface,achieve the fan operation system of real-time remote monitoring,real-time control and early warning,at the same time with Power Builder9.0 as software development platform,build the ventilator fault diagnosis expert system,achieve the real-time fault diagnosis of fan system and accurate positioning of the fault tree diagnosis method at the same time,according to the corresponding treatment method and measures to remedy experience at the same time.Through the simulation and simulation results show that,the system can carry out the real-time frequency of ventilation machine according to the change of the section pressure,ensure the stability of the constant pressure air supply;real-time warning PC can achieve remote control and data overrun on the fan state,Fault diagnosis expert system can according to the failure data information accurate reasoning system fault type and fault location,and provide the corresponding treatment methods and remedial measures.Fan remote intelligent monitoring and fault diagnosis expert system has the advantages of simple operation,stable performance,strong real-time,convenient maintenance,greatly enhances the automation and intelligent ventilation system,has very good practical value and popularization value. |
