| In recent years,granite stone got a lot of application in municipal and decoration engineering,in the process of granite mining,because a lot of waste causes cracks,such as color abandoned near the mine,the mining damage the surrounding environment;In the process of processing the mountain,also can produce large amount of slag,such as rock bottom there is a lot of cut down in the process of cutting stone,the stone base and slag processing method is commonly buried nearby,caused enormous damage to the natural environment.Of granite waste recycling research and application is less,because can’t solve the problem of granite waste pollution,countries have to fujian,shandong and other main quarrying area called measures,which directly affect the development of architectural decoration industry.Therefore,how to effectively solve the problem of pollution of granite is imminent.On the other hand,because of the occupation of farmland,the country is strictly prohibited clay brick firing and application,in the vast rural areas,to replace clay brick for the vapor pressure of lime sand brick,steamed lime sand brick compressive strength can not be ensured,and the poor durability problems exist.If the nearby utilization of granite waste production and production of new wall blocks,not only can effectively solve the problem of pollution of granite waste,but also for the surrounding rural housing to provide wall masonry.This thesis attempts to granite scrap all applied to the production of block,the solid waste such as leftover material with the method of crushing,selection of particle size in 5 mm~10 mm of particles used to replace natural coarse aggregate,and the granite stone powder in the form of"additive"to join in the aggregate,to produce granite waste concrete and granite waste concrete hollow block.Test test method based on orthogonal test arrangement and effective analysis of various factors and levels on the composition of various mechanical properties of concrete block,to find the best mixture ratio prepared with modular construction of granite waste concrete hollow block.The main research content of this experiment is:1)According to the L9(3~4)orthogonal test,and the function of the result analysis of orthogonal assistant,affecting the relationship between primary and secondary factors and the level of the index are analyzed.For granite waste concrete hollow block to select optimal proportion provide reliable theory basis.2)Using the laboratory method produce granite concrete hollow block.According to the orthogonal test results of the concrete block concrete,choose two kinds of the most suitable proportions to produce main size granite concrete hollow block,and analysis its compressive strength and frost resistance index.3)The cost of the granite waste concrete hollow block is analyzed quantitatively.Comparing with the common new type wall brick.,the granite waste concrete hollow block is cheap.And applied to the production of concrete hollow block is benefit to the social economic. |
