Fiber reinforced concrete,as a new composite materials,with their excellent tensile and compressive and crack resistances,has developed rapidly In the construction.Steel fiber concrete is the most used one,but because of its own construction technical requirements,such as cost of serious problems of limits its promotion.Mimetic steel fiber as a substitute of steel fiber applied on concrete can effectively reduce the cost of steel fiber reinforced concrete.The characteristics of the mimetic steel fiber can be solved in the construction of the fiber in the cluster phenomenon,this paper mimetic steel fiber concrete mechanics research has important significance.Template engineering and external wall thermal insulation engineering are the important links in structure construction,so will mimetic steel fiber reinforced concrete used in the template engineering with theoretical meaning and great value.This topic is the imitation of steel fiber reinforced concrete performance,and used for permanent wall mode imitation of the steel fiber reinforced concrete board and bearing capacity of the deflection of the test,and the theory analysis are checkedThe specific contents are as follows:1 Introduction the fiber reinforced concrete,imitation of steel fiber reinforced concrete,template engineering and the theoretical analysis,with China's template present situation of construction of the project put forward the new mimetic steel fiber concrete wall of heat preservation permanent mould design idea.2.Combines with the design theory designing 24 specimens with two dimensions,three different variables,and take them in the experimental research.The mimetic steel fiber concrete board test is mainly aimed at its bearing capacity and deflection,but also its compressive strength and splitting tensile strength have been tested.3 Analyse the test data a After completing the test for each specimen,find out the laws between them and adjustment the fiber reinforced concrete wall of permanent mould design.4 Analyse the imitation of steel fiber reinforced concrete plate using elastic mechanics theory.find out the composite elastic theory,and modify the elastic theory.5 Tset the construction load of the Wall of heat preservation on permanent mould,and find out the bearing capacity and the maximum stress,find out the suitable for the construction of the fiber reinforced concrete board and used in construction.
