With the increase of mining depth,quality of crude oil is getting worse,and a mount of additives was added in the oil production and refining process,so that the organic chloride content in crude oil showed increasing trend.The presence of organic chlorine in crude will bring the equipment corrosion,catalyst poisoning and the formation of ammonium salt plugging the pipeline and other hazards,so the removal of organic chlorine in crude oil is imminent.Organic chlorine in crude oil mainly exists in the form of epichlorohydrin,chloroform,carbon tetrachloride,dichloroethane and chlorination aromatic hydrocarbon.In this paper,epichlorohydrin,chloroform,carbon tetrachloride,dichloroethane and chlorobenzene as standard chlorides were mixed with 200#aromatic solvent oil respectively to prepare simulation oil,phase transfer catalyst and sodium hydroxide were made as organic chlorine transfer agent,which was added in crude oil to reaction.The effect on the removal rate of organic chlorine caused by reaction temperature,reaction time,the amount of phase transfer catalyst and the amount of sodium hydroxide were studied,and the suitable conditions for the removal of organic chlorine in simulated oil were found,meanwhile organic chlorine transfer agent in the appropriate proportion of the phase transfer catalyst and sodium hydroxide were also found.Under the suitable conditions for the removal of organic chlorine in simulated oil,different crude oil were experimented,and get the dechlorination of organic chlorine transfer agent.The experimental results of simulated oil organic chlorine removal show that:phase transfer catalyst and sodium hydroxide at a mass ratio of 1:6 were combined into a organic chlorine transfer agent ?,the organic chlorine removal rate of epichlorohydrin simulated oil greater than 99%and the organic chlorine removal rate of chloroform simulated oil greater than 85%were reached when organic chlorine transfer agent was added in an amount of 10 to 15 times the content of organic chlorine,reaction temperature was 90?,reaction time was 1?2h;phase transfer catalyst and sodium hydroxide at a mass ratio of 1:1.4 were combined into a organic chlorine transfer agent ?,the organic chlorine removal rate of carbon tetrachloride simulated oil greater than 80%,the organic chlorine removal rate of dichloroethane simulated oil greater than 55%and the organic chlorine removal rate of chlorobenzene simulated oil greater than 20%were reached when organic chlorine transfer agent II was added in an amount of 200 to 250 times the content of organic chlorine,reaction temperature was 110-120?,reaction time was 1-2h.The experimental results of crude oil in different regions organic chlorine removal under optimal reaction conditions show that:the organic chlorine removal rate of Inner Mongolia crude oil reached 82%,the organic chlorine removal rate of Qingdao crude oil reached 85%,the organic chlorine removal rate of Xinjiang crude oil reached 88%,the organic chlorine removal rate of Tianjin crude oil reached 64%and the organic chlorine removal rate of Beijing crude oil reached 90%after repeated use of organic chlorine transfer agent;organic chlorine transfer agent have a poor effect on 1-methyl-5-chloroaniline in Qilu Petrochemical crude oil,but after reacting with acetic anhydride and washing with water for 5 times,the organic chlorine removal rate was raised to 91%.
