The food wastewater was characterized as high organic water,if handled not properly,it can easily cause eutrophication.The traditional treatment is activated sludge,which cost a lot of energy and can produce the excess sludge,which is difficult to deal with.On the other hand,the food wastewater is in rich in nutrients if it is reasonable to use,it will be a valuable source of energy.As is known that Photosynthetic bacteria(PSB)is gram-negative bacteria and a good source of pantothenic acid bacteriochlorophyll and carotenoid,which are good for our daily life,otherwise,the biomass in rich of single cell proteins,which could be used to breeding industry and so on.Treatment of food wastewater by photosynthetic bacteria can realize the resource of wastewater.PSB are mostly cultivated in photo-bioreactor,including specific medium,which cost much energy and cause the waste of resources.But the traditional photosynthetic bacteria culture is in the photo reactor with a specific culture medium,not only high energy consuming,but also cause waste of resources.Photosynthetic bacteria coupling membrane separation system can continuous treatment of food wastewater,and at the same time to harvest the photosynthetic bacteria,which can effectively solve the above-mentioned problems,to the industrial application has good research significance.The paper first examines the photosynthetic bacteria growth regularity in high concentration simulated food wastewater.We reasearched the effects of pantothenic acid and training modes on light photosynthetic bacteria culture optimization.And we also analyzed the effects of pantothenic acid on photosynthetic bacteria,and growth condition of photosynthetic bacteria under light anaerobic,light aerobic,dark anaerobic,dark aerobic.Secondly,under the optimized conditions,the coupling membrane separation system is constructed and realized continuous operation.The experimentalresults show that the photosynthetic bacteria can growth normally in food wastewater,and adding 20mg/L of pantothenic acid can promote growth and reproduction of photosynthetic bacteria.In the four kinds of training mode,such as light anaerobic,the light aerobic,dark anaerobic,dark aerobic,photosynthetic bacteria can growth normally in the growth normally and dark aerobic.Results show that when time scale of 1:1,photosynthetic bacteria had the best effect of the treatment of food wastewater and the photosynthetic bacteria concentration is the highest by combining with different time.After 30 days running,Novel coupling membrane separation system is also in stable operation,and have high COD,NH3-N removal rate.And we can continue to obtain quality of photosynthetic bacteria.It is indicates that the high-efficiency PSB-MBR system can treat food wastewater effectively and also has good practical value.
