The high cost and serious pollution of inorganic silicon solar cells already can not adapt to the sustainable development of society,and the matching organic polymer solar cells have developed rapidly.The normal organic active layer materials of traditional organic solar cells mainly regard Polyphenylene-vinylene,Polythiophene,Polyfluorene and their derivatives.But with the deepening of the study,their some natural deficiency gradually is known and understood by people.It's mainly concentrated in low photoelectric conversion efficiency,poor polymer solubility,low open circuit voltage,etc.Therefore this paper designed and synthesized a series of new organic polymers,and their light,heat and electrochemical properties are studied in system.Details are as follows:1.The copolymer A1 and A2 containing amidogen,fluorene group were synthesized by Glich reaction.The ratio of the amidogen monomer and benzyl-bromide monomer are 1:3 and 1:9 respectively.The decomposition temperature is about 310 ? shows fine thermal stability.To some extent,the introduction of hyper-branched structure caused a irreversible charge transfer of the intramolecular,and contribute to improve charge separation efficiency.The energy gap of A1 and A2 are 2.48 and 2.41 eV,and them can be used for making into organic solar cells with the common receptor materials.2.Polymer Bi and B2 containing amidogen,fluorene and nitro function group were synthesized by Glich reaction.The maximum ultraviolet absorption wavelengths of B1 and B2 in the solution are 346 and 386m.The introduction of nitro of electron-withdrawing group greatly widened the absorbance range.It is an obvious red shift compared with A1 and A2,and the solubility of copolymer Bi and B2 is better than A1 and A2.And decomposition temperature of 350? above shows that its thermal stability is well.3.Linear conjugated polymer C1 and C2 containing alkoxy,amidogen group were also synthesized by Glich reaction.The ratio of the amidogen monomer and alkoxy monomer are 1:3 and 1:9 respectively,Mequinol have a symmetrical structure,and the introduction of alkyl group greatly improves the solubility of polymers.Compared with the other two kinds of polymers,the solubility of C is best.HOMO energy level of Ci and C2 are-5.77 and-5.82 eV,LUMO level are-3.25 and-3.37 eV,and the energy gap are 2.52 and 2.45 eV.And decomposition temperature shows that its thermal stability is so-so,not compare with A and B.Three different sets of conjugated polyelectrolyte A1-A2,B1-B2,Ci and C2 were characterized by HNMR,molecular weight anylesis,fluorescence emission,UV absorption,electrochemical,thermal gravimetric analysis conducted tests.It showed that the synthesis of the compound have good solubility in low polarity solvents of THF and toluene,and in high polarity solvents of H2O have a similar situation.Both in solution and in solid quartz film shows good optical physics properties stability.The electrochemical tests showed that the energy gap of the polymers is about 2.50 eV.When it matched to the inorganic nanomaterials SnO2 whose forbidden band width is about 3.0 ev assemed the solar cells to check the effects as donor material,the results indicate that the synthesis of polymers application in organic thin film solar cell device shows a certain potential?The application of polymers application in other Organic photovoltaic field and solar cells are in-depth study.
