This dissertation is devided into two parts:?:A review on total synthesis of tamiflu from chiral materials or through asymmetric catalysis since 2009.?:We synthesized the advanced intermediate of Tamiflu through Barbier reaction,Mitsunobu reaction,RCM reaction and other key reactions from D-serine.As a result,we achieved a formal total synthesis of tamiflu,and a new approach to Tamiflu was developed.
