This article mainly aims at Lanzhou petrochemical company catalyst factory production of L-1 catalytic cracking catalyst in the problems in the industrial production.Due to the low content of solid catalyst colloid,large amount of the addition of inorganic acid,molecular sieve active component and matrix components dispersion problem such as uneven,leading to the production is difficult,high energy consumption,environmental pollution problems such as catalyst production process optimization.Examines a series of factors affecting the catalyst production,such as:alumina sol for matrix slurry solids;The influence of pH value for matrix slurry viscosity;Thin diaspore acidification effect on viscosity,through a large number of test,on the basis of finalized the L-1 catalyst optimization of production process,so as to shorten the catalyst production cycle,solid content increased to 35%,and each production a catalyst to reduce water consumption of 150 kg.
