Structure foaming technology has been widely used in various industries,the foaming section and hole distribution are different of the same structure foaming plastic products by injection,the mechanical properties varies under working conditions,it is easy to cause large deformation and damage failure because of its long time carrying.But previous research mainly focus on material buffer,energy absorption,etc.,and few paper research on the deformation,fracture and damage of carrying,it will not fundamentally solve the problem.Based on the result of tensile deformation test,the elastic-plastic,fracture and damage mechanism of HDPE structural foam is investigated with mechanical theory analysis and finite element simulation in the research.The main research of this thesis includes the following five aspects:(1)For the foaming and load characteristic of lager structure foaming products,propose the deficiency of the studies existing,and extraction experimental sample.(2)The static uniaxial tension test have been completed on HDPE structure foamed plastics,including the different density and different tensile strain rate,and research on the experimental results.(3)Research on constitutive model of HDPE structure foam material.Through the analysis of the static uniaxial tension test results and mechanics performance of structure foaming material,Research on elastic-plastic constitutive model of material,including homogenizing and sandwich layer structure model of the different density and different tensile strain rate.(4)Research on damage characteristics of HDPE structure foam material.By analyzing the brittle fracture damage characteristic of structure foaming materials in tensile test,Research damage mechanics model of structure foaming material sandwich layer structure.(5)Based on the elastic-plastic constitutive model characteristics,research on UMAT material subroutine of model,and verify the model by ABAQUS finite element software.
