With the popularity of portable electronic products,portable power requires not only high output power,and small size and light weight.Due to the unique advantages of the high energy density,micro fuel cell has become the ideal power of portable power.Prevent micro fuel cells into the market mainly because of its high cost bipolar plate,so only improving the materials and the production process of bipolar plate can make fuel cell commercialization.In this paper,take the initiative to drive an orderly fixed abrasive way to achieve the micro fluidic manufacturing of micro fuel cell bipolar plate surface.The mainly research is to find the principle of orderly-fixation lapping,its initiative driven grinding kinematic model,and the conditions when the grinding track repeated,then find that the track will be repeated when the speed ratio is rational,and the repetition time is the time which required less time to complete the circle between grinding disc and workpiece.And using Matlab simulation software,draw the trajectory of actively driven orderly fixing grinding.Then analyze the trajectory which is resulted from Matlab simulation through uniformity analysis,fractal analysis and opening ratio analysis.The results show that trajectory has a good uniformity when grinding disc and work piece speed ratio is 1:1,which between 1.9134 and 3.4900.And the optimal way is the forth helical arrangement,the surface openings of work piece is 50.17%.Finally using the device of orderly-fixation lapping,do orthogonal tests;analyze the effects of the processing parameters on the efficiency and quality,and figure out the optimal processing parameters for copper bipolar plate are 94.4kpa,40r/min and 180s,the optimal processing parameters for stainless steel bipolar plate are 94.4kpa,40r/min and 300s.Then take advantage of the optimized parameters to test,the results show that the opening rate of copper bipolar plate is 51.71%,the opening rate of stainless steel bipolar plate is 48.96%,errors are 3.07%and 2.4%compared with the simulation.Finally,test the performance of the stainless steel,obtaining the maximum power density of 165mW/cm~2.
