Phosphorescent heavy-metal complexes in biological sensing and cell imaging applications has aroused wide concern.Iridium(?)complex,not only have excellent photophysical properties such as the long emission life,luminous color adjustable,high quantum yield,and its coordination compound is very stable,the excellent properties of the phosphorescence of heavy metal iridium complexes in biological sensing and cell imaging and other fields has been widely used.Based on the heavy metal iridium complex phosphorescent probes compared to organic small molecule fluorescent probes have a powerful advantage,therefore subject to universal attention,has become a research focus.In this paper,we design a special preparation containing functional groups of small molecular phosphorescent heavy metal iridium complexes,and the study of its in biological sensing and cell imaging applications.Mainly include:1.Design,synthesis of "turn-on" heavy metal iridium complex phosphorescent probe and Hey and Cys selective detection performance researchWe designed and synthesized with 2,4-two nitrobenzene sulfonyl chloride groups of small molecule iridium complex phosphorescent probe.Because 2,4-two nitrobenzene sulfonyl chloride groups can react and thiol,by fluorescence spectroscopy and ultraviolet absorption spectrum observation,this probe to meet Hey and Cys,shown by almost no light to shine again open phenomenon,realized pair of Hey and Cys with high selectivity detection.At the same time,we will be the phosphorescent probe used in cell labeling and cell imaging,success was achieved in inside living cells to Hcy and Cys for the selective detection.Therefore,the phosphorescent probe in medical and biological fields has great application value.2.Based on small molecular iridium complex phosphorescent probe design,synthesis and ClO-recognition performance ResearchWe design the preparation containing oxime group of small molecule iridium complex phosphorescent probe.Oxime group can react with ClO-group,the probe can be detected in the ClO-solution group.By ultraviolet visible absorption spectroscopy and fluorescence spectroscopy,the probe ClO-implementation of uniqueness detection.At the same time,we will be the phosphorescent probe used in cell labeling and cell imaging,success was achieved in inside living cells to ClO-for the selective detection of the probe,the material is expected to become a kind of high sensitivity,good selectivity of the novel probe materials.3.Based on small molecular iridium complex phosphorescent probe designs for Hcy and Cys,synthesis and selective detection performance researchWe synthesized containing chalcone moiety of the small molecule iridium complex phosphorescent probe.Chalcone groups can react and thiol,the probe is used for detecting solution in the Hey and Cys,at the same time,the phosphorescence probe used in cell labeling and cell imaging,realized in the inside living cells to Hcy and Cys for the selective detection.
