In recent years,the research on porphyrins is more and more popular and important.Especially for some asymmetric porphyrins,and its application is very extensive.Nowadays porphyrin compounds can also be applied to the solar cell.Such a special structure of the vibrational spectra of macrocyclic compounds in a variety of environments,it can be used as a sensitive probe.But inside the porphyrin vibrational transition oscillator strength is generally low,so infrared and Raman spectroscopy for the detection of these compounds are very difficult,and surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy will resolve this problem.5-(4-sulfenyl phenyl)-15-(4-carboxyl phenyl)porphyrin was successfully synthesized with[2+2]method.The porphyrin were studied by IR,NMR,UV spectra.When the porphyrin absorbed on Ag nanoparticles,it was excitated with 633 nm,the Raman spectroscopy of the porphyrin was detected.The Raman signal of porphyrin was successfully detected in the iow concentration in 1× 10-6 mol/L.
