Pesticides play a very important role in protecting crops from violations of disease,insects and grass and increasing yield.In 21st century,ultra-efficiency,low toxicity and residue,environmental friendly pesticides will be the development trend of pesticides.The paper introduced the hazard and main prevent method of abroad plant nematodes and described the good biological activity of pyrazolecarboxamides respectively as insecticide and acaricide,fungicide,herbicides.From new pesticide patents statistics of the main pesticides companies at home and abroad,we found that pyrazolecarboxamides is a hotspot of foreign big companies,and is expected to be developed with nematicides activity of the guide structure.A series of pyridine linked pyrazole compounds were designed and synthesized with Pyridine Bipyrazoline chloride,substituted aminoethanol,substituted phenyl isocyanates.The structures of the 119 novel pyridine linked pyrazole compounds were clearly confirmed by 1H NMR and MS spectry.Meanwhile,the preliminary Nematicidal Activity was discussed.(?)TM ZJ1-ZJ119 R1=H,Me R3=CF3,CHF2 R2=H,Me R1=Me,R2=H?,?????????S??The preliminary biological activity revealed lethality of rate root-knot nematodes achieved 90%at concentration of 40ppm.As leading compounds,they have great potential commercial value and worthy of further study.
