| Single tubeα-Al2O3 ceramic supporting-body were prepared by flow-forming and molten mold core method through usingα-Al2O3 as aggregate,carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC)as porogen and adhesive,glycerol as lubricant and plasticizer,CuO-TiO2,Cu2O-TiO2,CuO-TiO2-Ag2O as sintering additives.Influence of property of supporting-body were studied by the addition of carboxymethyl cellulose,glycerol,sintering additives and sintering system.The sample were characterized by thermal gravimetric analysis(TG-DTG),X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and self-assembly equipments.The results show that:(1)Drying system of wet blank supporting body are as follows:temperature is30℃,humidity of 30%RH,drying time is 48 h;(2)Sintering System:heating at a rate of 12,6,12,4℃/min respectively in30200℃,200350℃,350800℃,8001200℃,insulating 0.5 h at 350 and 2h at1200℃,cooling to room temperature.Like this,you can get a good apparent structure sample with no cracking.(3)Both of the optimum added amount of CMC and glycerol are 3.0%(wt%).(4)TiO2-CuO、TiO2-Cu2O and CuO-TiO2-Ag2O can promote the sintering to prepared a good performance single tubeα-Al2O3 ceramic supporting-body.The porosity,pure water flux,bending strength and acid/alkali corrosion weight loss of the supporting-body are 33.42%,7927.87 L/m2·h·MPa,81.47MPa,0.97/1.22%and31.97%,6880.72 L/m2·h·MPa,75.47MPa,1.06/1.14%respectively when the optimum addition of Cu2O and Ag2O are 0.7%(wt%)and 1.0%(wt%). |
