Temperature phase transfer catalysis is the use of temperature control ligan complexes and transition metals as catalysts,it can be used in the catalytic process in aqueous/organic two-phase system conducted.Cyanuric chloride with a special chemical structure,its molecule contains a stable six membered ring,and may be subjected to various harsh conditions without damage.Higher reaction activity with three chlorine atoms in cyanuric ring,they apt to occur nucleophilic substitution reactionr.Bu tthe activity of three chlorine atoms react differently,and the clorine in cyanuric chloride is able to react with active hydrogen step by step by controlling temperat-ure.With these features of cyanuric chloride and characteristics of a non-ionic surfactant clou-d point,in this paper a series of triazine ligands thermostat with link cyanuric chloride base were designed and synthesized,and studied their synthesis conditions.The main contents of this paper were as follows:1.Thermostant ligand's intermediate producs were synthesized.This paper mainly produced non-ionic surfactant which contained triazint structure by direct reaction using cyanuric chloride with AEO-9 or AEO-7 as raw material.The optimum conditions were obtained,the raw material ratio of n(AEO-9):n(C3N3Cl3)was1:1.2,there was no solvent,reaction temperature was 35.2 ? reaction time was 7.3h,the rate of chloride conversion can reach 33.33%.the raw material ratio of n(AEO-7):n(C3N3Cl3)was1:1.2,there was no solvent,reaction temperature was 35 ?,reaction time was 7.3h,the rate of chloride conversion can reach 33.33%.2.N,N'-two-(4-Polyoxyethylene-6 ether-chloro-[1,3,5]-triazine group)-ethylene diamine ligand thermostat were synthesized.Ethylene diamine temperature were prepared containing triazine ring ligand,by prepared using the first-stage intermediate temperature and then it reacted with the ligand atoms of ethylene diamine.The optimum conditions for the synthesis were obtain,the reaction temperature was 65 ?,the desired reaction pH value of were about 8,the reaction system solvent V(water):V(THF)was 1.5:2,reaction time was 24h,the yield of the target product can reach the highest:64%and 67%..3.N,N'-two-(4-Polyoxyethylene-6 ether-chloro-[1,3,5]-triazine)-amino acid ligands thermostat were synthesized.Triazine ring containing amino acid ligandst hermostat were prepared,by prepared using the first-stage intermediate temperature and then it reacted with the amino acid ligand atoms.The optimum conditions for the synthesis were obtain,the reaction temperature was 75 ? the desired reaction pH value of were about 8,the reaction system solvent V(water):V(THF)was 1.5:1,reaction time was 24h,the yield of the target product can reach the highest:62%and 64%..4.All the compounds,Including the intermediates and ending products are characterized by means of IR,1HNMR.5.Thermostat with temperature controlperformance evaluation.The resulting products containing a triazine ring and polyoxyethylene segments.Intermediate products and final products have the characteristic of the non-ionic surfactant's acloud point.By substitution reactions on a triazine ring unsubstituted third chlorine atom,This method can adjust the cloud point of thermostat ligand.
