Domestic and foreign scholars launched a lot of research on thermal error of machine tools,and proposed a series of thermal error control methods,but it is hard to overcome the dynamic characteristics of thermal error,so it is difficult to apply these methods.Depending on National Science and Technology Projects project of Sophisticated CNC machine tools and basic manufacturing equipment and National Natural Science Foundation project of Consistency of product information modeling theory and precision chain design method of complex equipment,a passing thermal error modeling method is proposed based on the topological structure of planogrinder,and on the basis of this method,a comprehensive thermal error prediction model of grinding machine is established.This paper launches the research of thermal error control and compensation of planogrinder.A thermal-structural coupling analysis model was established according to the actual working conditions,and according to the temperature field and deformation characteristics of grinder analysis result,three kinds of structure improvement scheme were put forward.Compared with the original structure,the relative error of new structure drop by 10%at least and the largest decline reached to 72.7%,which showed that the improvement of structure achieved the purpose of controlling the thermal deformation.In addition,the formation principle and delivery process of machine tool thermal error were studied.Through a lot of experimental measurements,and optimized configuration of temperature measuring point by GM model,the spindle system error,temperature and time related to thermal error prediction model was established,and a new method of thermal error predictive modeling based on the topology of the machine was propesed.The experiments showed that the spindle thermal error prediction model has excellent predictive accuracy.On the basis of the research on thermal error modeling,this paper carried out a research on the accuracy chain model of complex equipment.The relationship between the geometric accuracy and the dynamic error was analyzed,and the concept of the accuracy chain model was perfected.From the point of 3D tolerance design,the unified jacobian-torsor method was studied in optimizing the dimensional tolerances and geometry tolerance of grinder spindle system,which provided a theoretical basis for new 3D model system to deal with the problem of tolerance design.
