To develop new agent on inhibition to tobacco mosaic virus(TMV)based on biomolecule,the group used the new oligochitosan derivatives with the structure of quatemary ammonium salt as deoxidizer and stabilizer synthesized Silver Nanoparticles.The different concentration of Silver Nanoparticles was used to do the efficacy research about the resistance to tobacco mosaic virus,first the optimum concentration of Silver Nanoparticles were screened in Xanthi-NN,the chlorophyll and defense enzyme and other indexes were studied with the tobacco that was infected TMV with spraying reagent,then the test was carried out in the field,the resistance mechanism was studied.The results show that:1 Using Local lesion host half leaf method selected the reagent optimal concentration anting TMV in Xanthi-NN,50 ?g/m L oligochitosan quaternary ammonium salt derivatives Silver Nanoparticles solution could effectively reducing the number of lesion,the prevention could up to 86.36%;Through further research on the optimal reagent resistance in Nicotiana tabacum,activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD),catalase(CAT),polyphenol oxidase(PPO)and phenylalanine ammonialyase(PAL)of inoculated Nicotiana tabacum leaves after treated with 50 ?g/m L oligochitosan quaternary ammonium salt derivatives Silver Nanoparticles solution induce the resistance of tobacco to TMV,the content of proline and soluble protein had been enhanced,and the MDA decreased.So the 50 ?g/m L oligochitosan quaternary ammonium salt derivatives Silver Nanoparticles solution can increasing the activities of preventive enzymes,and protect synthesis of chlorophyll in leaves.2 From the field test,50 ?g/m L oligochitosan quaternary ammonium salt derivatives Silver Nanoparticles solution had good control effects to TMV,the control effects could reach 58.66%.Spraying with Silver Nanoparticles solution could effectively alleviate or even eliminate the disease,it also can improve the quality of tobacco,and make the tobacco towards to the direction of tobacco industry;Using reagent could make the chemical composition more coordinated,and the flavoring substances increased.The disease could not find with eyes at the same time.
