The hydrophobic properties of lotus have win support among the people.The property of self-cleaning has aroused great interest for people,especially the surface of lotus leaf.Inspired by the hydrophobic behavior of plant surface and animal skin,researchers developed a super hydrophobic coating with special wettability,which not only can resistance to the condensation of ice and water,but also has the function of self-cleaning and anti-pollution.Anti-icing coating has a great practical value in real life.This paper was synthesized hyperbranched polyester(HBP)mainly based on trimethylol propane and dimethylol butanoic acid and end-modified with maleic anhydride.End-modified with unsaturated end groups(monomer)(UEHBP)was successfully synthesized.The properties of products were characterized by FT-IR,1H-NMR and 13C-NMR to characterize its structure,acid titration to track the reaction process,hydroxyl value titration further validate the extent of reactio.Then the obtained UEHBP is mixed with the fluorocarbon resin which is purchased from the market.By adding the low surface energy pigments and fillers and various additives,a hydrophobic anti-icing material was prepared.The property of this hydrophobic coating is analyzed and characterized by Fourier transform infrared analysis(FT-IR),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and thermal gravimetric analysis(TGA).The results show that:the carboxyl group-containing monomer component hyperbranched oligomers were successful synthesized and added to the fluorocarbon resin.When selecte SiO2/TiO2 in this system,UEHBP and SiO2 contents are 3%and 15%,the coating's contact angle and roll angle are 150°and 11°,correspondingly.The adhesive strength is 0.0061Pa.While when selecte SiO2/bentonite in this system,UEHBP and SiO2 contents are 3%and 10%,the coating's contact angle and roll angle are 138° and 36°,correspondingly.The adhesive strength is 0.00667Pa.
