Large dosage of fly ash concrete mixture ratio,new preparation,and carries on the thorough research.Study shows that the dosage of fly ash concrete is 80% still can satisfy the basic properties of the dam of the actual project requirements.But the high content is more than normal dam concrete specification of relevant provisions of the state.It remains still to be further research,including the development of deformation of the concrete(as one of the important research content).In this paper,preparation of 80% fly ash "high" mixing concrete and35% fly ash benchmark "concrete" have been compounded.To benchmark concrete for reference,based on domestic HYPY TSTM-type I and the Swiss PMH-EM-D2-400/100 type temperature stress testing machine-stress test,this paper studies the high mixing fly ash concrete(spontaneous contraction deformation,temperature deformation,and the creep deformation law of development).And analysis of domestic HYPY TSTM-type I and the Swiss PMH-EM-D2-400/100 type constraint stress measured temperature stress testing machine.Results show that the initial threshold temperature stress testing machine Settings and the device itself characteristics will affect the acquisition data constraint stress.The temperature-stress testing machine for "high" mixing fly ash concrete and "benchmark" fly ash concrete specimens respectively match maintenance model experiment and adiabatic maintenance mode.Comparative high mixing concrete in adiabatic maintenance mode matching test and maintenance mode test free of concrete specimen under the difference of deformation,thermal expansion coefficients of fitting out intense mixing fly ash concrete,and then to isolate high mixing fly ash concrete temperature deformation and authigenic shrinkage deformation.The study stated that the high mixing fly ash concrete authigenic shrinkage deformation and temperature deformation are smaller,is advantageous to the concrete crack resistance.Reference Kolver measurement variable force under the action of concrete creep,the method of by temperature stress testing machine test specimen and constraint specimen deformation difference comparison of isolated creep,which can calculate the benchmark and super-high concrete admixture of concrete creep and creep-contraction ratio,the results show that benchmark and super-high concrete admixture of concrete creep properties.
