Termitomyces albuminosus belongs to basidiomycotina,hymenomycetes,agaricales and tricholomataceae.Its fruiting body contained abundant protein,polysaccharide,and other chemical constitutions.In this thesis,Termitomyces albuminosus was fermented in the liquid media.The natural products from its fermented broth were isolated and purified by solvent extraction technique and column chromatography over reverse phase silica gel(RP-18),Sephadex LH-20 and silica gel.Their structures were elucidated by analysis of NMR data,HR-EI-MS spectral data,IR,UV and other physicochemical data.As a result,nine compounds were obtained from its fermented broth.Seven compounds(TA03?TA04?TA04?TA05?TA06?TA07?TA10?TA11)were identified as sesquiterpenoids and the other two compounds were 4-aminobenzoic acid(TA01)and 4-amino-2-methoxybenzoic acid(TA02).Compounds TA03?TA05?TA06 and TA07 were new sesquiterpenoids.Their structures were showed as following.It was indicated that compounds TA01 and TA02 have the antioxidant activities by the method of TLC-bio-autography.Compound TA05 with the concentration of 0.25?g/?L has inhibitory effect on the growth of Escherichia coli by the assay over 96-well plate.MTT-cell-toxicity test showed that compounds TA05,TA06,and TA07 could inhibit the growth of human HepG2 cell with the inhibition rate of 21.66%,30.40%,and 30.40%,respectively.The experimental results will lay the foundation for the development of Termitomyces albuminosus.
